Before You Begin — Eligibility & Instructions
Eligibility Criteria
- Age: 17–35 years as on 31.12.2026 (born on or before 2009-12-31). For Persons with Disability, upper age limit relaxed by 5 years (max 40).
- GNM: Passed 12th (any stream) with minimum 40% aggregate and 40% in English.
- B.Sc Nursing: Passed 12th with Science (PCB) — minimum 45% in PCB for General/EWS and 40% for SC/ST/OBC; minimum 45% in English. English is compulsory.
- Candidate must be medically fit. Married candidates are also eligible.
Keep Ready Before Filling
- Recent passport photo — white background, face clearly visible, JPG/PNG, max 100 KB.
- Signature image — JPG/PNG, max 50 KB.
- Aadhaar number (consent required).
- 10th and 12th details — board, passing year, roll number and percentage.
- Valid mobile number, email ID and complete address.
पात्रता मानदंड
- आयु: 31.12.2026 को 17–35 वर्ष (जन्म 2009-12-31 या उससे पहले)। दिव्यांग अभ्यर्थियों को ऊपरी आयु सीमा में 5 वर्ष की छूट (अधिकतम 40)।
- GNM: किसी भी संकाय से 12वीं उत्तीर्ण, न्यूनतम 40% कुल अंक एवं अंग्रेज़ी में 40%।
- B.Sc नर्सिंग: विज्ञान (PCB) से 12वीं — सामान्य/EWS हेतु न्यूनतम 45% PCB एवं SC/ST/OBC हेतु 40%; अंग्रेज़ी में न्यूनतम 45%। अंग्रेज़ी अनिवार्य।
- अभ्यर्थी चिकित्सकीय रूप से स्वस्थ हो। विवाहित अभ्यर्थी भी पात्र हैं।

- हाल का पासपोर्ट फोटो — सफेद पृष्ठभूमि, चेहरा स्पष्ट, JPG/PNG, अधिकतम 100 KB।
- हस्ताक्षर की छवि — JPG/PNG, अधिकतम 50 KB।
- आधार संख्या (सहमति आवश्यक)।
- 10वीं एवं 12वीं का विवरण — बोर्ड, उत्तीर्ण वर्ष, रोल नंबर एवं प्रतिशत।
- वैध मोबाइल नंबर, ईमेल आईडी एवं पूरा पता।
